Potema Chronicles- A Skyrim Sex Mod Hentai movie series

Recommended Posts

It seems like in your earlier work you would follow the progression through each stage of a particular animation, which I liked a lot. Made each encounter flow more naturally than just focusing on one stage of one animation, then maybe moving to another position. At least in my opinion.

I'm still doing that? Not sure when you saw me not. The Irileth scene was mentioned previously but it had them...the Falmer animation maybe just doesn't have very CLEAR transitions (thrusting just gets faster) but they were there

The only times I think I don't show the transitions and stages within a single animation set are when there's only the one stage and/or the next one up or down is something entirely different that wouldn't be worth filming (for instance Arroks Devils Threeway used to and may still go from a doggystyle type animation to girl on top without any animation showing the transition...i wouldn't film that because it'd look silly). But even then, like in the first film of the old series I showed both stages but just faded to black between.

Sometimes I'm actually disappointing on this front because there's an awesome animation but trying to film it's stages and they are either repeats or radical jumps from one animation to the next with no transitory animation. I'd imagine this would be equally frustrating for someone who actually plays the game and is using Sexlab for some more lore friendly/immersive purpose.

People say complete re installs aren't necessary with MO but I think I'm living proof that's not 100% true.

Because I was using it, but trying to do the following things that ended up killing my game all the same.

-Make another profile using RaceMenu instead of ECE

-Make another profile that's playable

-Change ENBs...either within the Potema Chronicles profile or in one of the others

-Get SkyRE or Paradise Halls out of Potema Chronicles profile entirely

Basically...the "second profile" was screwing me every time no matter what...couldn't just make one and start a new game...couldn't use a save game from the Nexus and expect it to work...and sure as hell couldn't build it and run it off Potema Chronicles saves.

Just as bad was was removing more script heavy mods that affected gameplay (Skyre and Paradise Halls) that I for some hair brained reason put in the Potema Chronicles set up. Even MO didn't like that.

Once again though I've learned quite a bit from my mistakes...though unfortunately yes I am clean installing again (because troubleshooting is proving to take longer) it's not so bad. I'm so familiar with it now I can get my setup back quickly. Even better is now I can build many other profiles freely because I learned some stuff. In fact now I plan to run eight profiles! Two for Potema Chronicles, two for playing the game, and all the others for things like testing out mod effects and major overhauls...or just playing a "god mode game" where I get all the most ridiculous mods and go crazy. As careful as I was before now I'm more so...guess that's how you learn in the modding world.

But still...yeah expect delays but I think before Christmas is still a possible date for new episodes

As for Christmas I won't include Santa (though I bet anything there's a legit way with mods to get him in the game) but thought I'd get this girl to make a cameo appearance somehow.

I'm probably talking out of my ass, don't worry about it :P

  • 3 weeks later...

Time for some honestly...I've been out of action lately. If anyones following they could probably tell. Not that I'm stopping by any means just been a hiatus. This project is likely to run several years so this won't be the last of them either I'm sure. I'm still not as bad as the author of Hunter X Hunter.

After I'd beaten Bayonetta 2 then came Smash Brothers and that's had the attention of me and my son the last couple of weeks. I was wanting to start again...I want to start again now but AGAIN I had some computer problems...this time my main hard drive storing Windows crashed. This wasn't entirely a bad thing as now I have all my program files...Skyrim and the directory for MO to point to on a 500gb SSD.

The problem is as I stated earlier I was in the process of rebuilding my old MO Potema Chronicles Profile already when this happened...so now I'm rebuilding again.

No big but there won't be a full on episode release anytime soon still...I'm really sorry to anyone still waiting on it. I WILL try to get something "Christmas-y" out soon though if I can rebuild and start filming quickly enough...maybe.

I don't know if this is relevant, but I think some guy on Naughty Machinima plagiarized your works without crediting it to you. He said he asked for permission, but you already uploaded it there, so I don't know. http://www.naughtymachinima.com/video/10752/skyrim-misadventures-23-23

I knew about it. Guess it really doesn't matter...never been one to haggle over freely distributed work (cough somemodauthors cough) but him lying about getting permission seemed silly.

The funniest...and perhaps most unsurprising aspect of it is the NM moderators (if they even exist...unlikely) allowed him to release a mass amount of copied and sometimes repeated videos (I had some of the old series up there already) without taking them down. What can I say...that site is annoying in pretty much every way...even though I no longer upload there

Good luck man. Computer problems are the worst. Well, obviously not the WORST, but they're fucking annoying.

I have them all the time...if you've noticed since I first made videos all that time ago I've had 2 or 3 major crashes.

90% of my problem is keeping up with Joneses...oh there's a SSD now? I have all my stuff on a normal hard drive. Better upgrade. A new Nvidia graphics card line up? Better get the latest one. It's damn stupid I realize...in trying to restrain myself some since it's really a waste of money if you look at the big picture...just like my Skyrim experience is 80% mod tinkering my actual computer time is 80% hardware tinkering...it's like a disease where I can never leave well enough alone...

You've been making pretty quality shit for a long time, now. Holiday season's coming up, on top of all the other stuff, so I didn't expect you to not be busy. You should like what you're doing. If it's stressful and purely a chore, then step away for a bit and come back. Personally loving the turn you've taken with the series and can't wait for more.

Oh no it's not a chore...at least not anymore. Trust me I do enjoy it...or I would have well and truly quit long ago. TBH it's being done 90% for myself now...probably 100% as time goes on.

And that's fair really...I mean as nice as this community is and as many views as this thread has got it still overall gets a paltry amount of feedback...so there's really nobody else to do it for besides me.

And I'm not complaining either...I realize this game is getting older and this community wasn't really set up for the purpose of making movies...but on the flip side understanding that means there's no point in making huge efforts that aren't 100% personal endeavors. Just the way things are

You have inspired me to give making a machinima video a try.  I was wondering what programs you are using and your general process for making your vids.   I am planning on doing it for Fallout though.  I saw a program called source filmmaker, are you using somehting like that or editing captured game play.  It looks better than captured game play to me, but I am just starting out.

Source Filmmaker (SFM) is standalone program available on Steam which allows model posing/animating rendered in the Source engine - the game engine of titles such as Half Life 2, Counter-Strike Global Offensive, Team Fortress 2, and Left 4 Dead 2. SFM is completely separate from Skyrim/Fallout, and you cannot use Skyrim/Fallout content inside SFM. What you can do is import models into Source engine to use with SFM - though I'm not sure Skyrim's or Fallout's stuff is even compatible, haven't seen any naughty SFM videos using Skyrim/Fallout-ripped stuff. I'm not even sure whether it's legal or not.

Really good SFM smut requires a lot of talent and hard work, to make the animation smooth and natural-looking, which is why I have a lot of respect for the dudes who are able to!

If you want something to record in-game Skyrim/Fallout, I suggest other programs used for recording gameplay such as Fraps (have to pay to use, free trial can record 30 second clips), Open Broadcasting Software (freeware/open source), or maybe even Nvidia's Shadowplay (free with GeForce Experience, you need an Nvidia graphics card of series 600 and above). The titles are links to the software's official websites.

Pardon the long off-topic post, hehe.

Yeah...I'd personally pay good money if there was some badass way like SFM to make movies in the Skyrim game world besides just tooling with mods/console and screen recording.

For instance some kind of (not a) mod that simply opened up your Skyrim game world and models (all modded as you would have them in a real game) and treated the whole thing as a recording studio and not a game, allowing poses and limb movements and frame by frame action and the whole business.

Because quite honestly I think some of the work modders and by extensions users have done with bodies, faces and textures for female characters outstrips even the quality of most cg hentai I've seen.

Just a quick look at follower mods here or on the nexus, share your counterpart thread or the beautiful women thread can tell you there are quite a lot of sexy creations out there...they are relatively easy to make and it's a shame we can't get movies with more of them getting their freak on because there's no proper software for it.

A lot of the files used to make the movies are already on Skyrim Nexus or here...to upload them anywhere would be pointless and blatantly offending several rules in place on both sites.

To other question...all the movies are still on XVids in link provided and probably ported over to many other porn video sites by now...you can likely take your pick where to see them.

Sorry that sounds like mostly my fault...was lazy and just linked to my whole xvids collection for simplicities sake when I make more vids. Would help if I'd kept the titles consistent considering I did that...but I was lazy once again.

I'll get Milnas profile out tonight.

And yes series is still on a prolonged hiatus for now.

There's the computer issues but also just had another kid and the oil business is tanking right now...so I'm in stress mode and job hunting...there's just no time for movie making for the next few months.

I'd check out the black flag/legacy stuff for the time being to get any kind of a fix.

Sorry to hear about the job loss, but congrats on the new child. :)

Haven't lost anything yet just anticipating because of oil prices...always helps to search around when things turn to crap.

Actually I'd prefer condolences for the child...which is a real burden right now given everything that's happening. :)
