While I appreciate all the work that goes into modding and texturing, there's always been a lack of male player content so I thought I'd ask for what mods make a well rounded experience for a striaght male character.

Eh...unless he's playing a necromancer of some kind, Mind Control, SD, and Necro are not really required.  Also, he's already using Submit, so Defeat is kind of unecessary.

Defeat and Submit may seem the same.. but they are really very different.  Running both at the same time is beneficial.

And who am I to say if he will or will not play a necromancer? =p

The option is there in case he will.

Go for SexLab Defeat: there is an option  where the NPC female rapist do not use strap-ons to rape the male PC. 

Hentai Pregnancy is good too.
