Esp File Made From SCK Not Working

I used to have Skyrim installed but deleted it for a while. I reinstalled it along with SCK. I have the latest version of Skyrim, and I made a new race using SCK, saved it, and loaded it as an active esp file. However, the new race doesn't appear in game. I enabled the esp under Data Files in the launcher ofc.

 

I do get a warning that I don't recall getting before. It says, "MASTERFILE: NavmeshInfo 00028e37 has no parent space, ignoring. Before, when I got a warning, I just ignored it by clicking "yes to all." But this looks like a new warning. Could this be the cause of the problem? Is it another problem?
