added missing animation, removed unnescessary ski_script,

fixed fnis_txt file,

Attention: the duplicate animation message is not an error.

 

 

Added basic MCM menu...

A nice rug for your home ;)

(some of the chains.... just try it)

Spell are added via PLayerAlias in Quest..

means: deinstall old version ... install

new version... have the spells and fun...

This is only a Testversion for the comming mod. Version Test 003 - 2014-01-12

Added Ring of Positioning - Smithing -> jewel -> Ring of Positioning/ 1 ingot of gold

 

Positioning script update:

 

1. To alter the position of a device, equip the ring.

If the device is occupied/used by an actor, you can not alter the position.

 

2. If the device is not used/occupied and you do not wear the ring, the device is used by yourself.

 

 

Update to new version: free all victims, remove alll devices, save, uninstall mod, reload, wait 24 in game hours, save, install new version.... have fun

 

Test and post any errors or suggestions...

Added 25 actor slots

Added all of the actual "furniture" of ZaZ Animation Pack[2013-10-08]

(chains and other animated objects... maybe be in testmod 003 )

 

 

Requirements:

 

Fnis latest (4.1)

Zaz Animation Pack [2013-10-08]

SKSE latest.

 

Install by Hand or with NMM

Run FNIS for Users.

 

 

The first time the mod is loaded, it will add three spell books to your inventory.

 

Summon ghostly Builder

 

Furniture Canibal Cauldron(Animation from ZaZ, mesh from Beth/tweaked in NifSCope by myself)

 

Furniture Wooden Horse(from ZaZ)

Xcross(from ZaZ)

Wheel(from ZaZ)

Vertical Stocks(from ZaZ)

Pillory(from ZaZ)

 

 

 

1. Learn/read the books

2. summon the ghostly builder(i hope you have enough mana)

3. Cast one of the furniture Spells on the ghostly builder.

 

The ghostly buidler will be replaced with a furniture.

The furniture animation will can only be used by a npc you are commanding.

So advice one of your followers to use the furniture.

 

If the Player activate or try to use the furniture a menu for positioning/removing the Furniture will appear.

Test the Menu.

 

with version test 002, you can build max, 25 furnitures at the same time and

attach max. 25 actors to the furnitures.

(means: the spells you cast on the builder will have no effect, until you remove one or more devices)

 

If an actor is bound to a device you can free him/her by talk to him/her and say "i set you free"

The actor will stay in the devices as long he/her is not freed(or another quest with higher priority is interfering..).

 

 

Test it please and post your suggestions and any errror you might find.

 

 

 

Uninstallation(Uninstall old mod before install the new one...):

 

Make shure none of the furniture is occupied.

Delete/remove all furnitures(player->use furniture ->remove furniture)

 

Save.

 

Uninstall the mod via NMM or by hand.

Reload the save, wait 24 ingame hours and save.

 

Attention - this only a testing mod. So do not use the mod for real playing -> only for testing

Backup your saves on a regulary base...

Is this like the zaz spells that allow you to test the different animations?

 

yes and no:

 

The spells have scripts attached to avoid targets to move around.

Because there is no quest attached to the spells(with aliases), you have to free them by  a spell befor you save a game....

or wait that the animation/idle has ended....

(test the furo spell;))

The 3 objects in Whiterun are furnitures... the can be used like chairs.

Too bad that 99% of the community has no clue what it means, but if it works as I think it does, then its actually a big step.

 

1. how to lock actors(and unlock them with a key)

2. how to avoid, that every actor uses the statics like a chair

 

1. the only way is packages

2. there is "Ignored By Sandbox" option in furniture window

This looks really interesting. Maybe something I could integrate into ZAP in the future, and if you don't mind. (Although I'll wait for the weather to cool down.)

 

it is a resource.... you/all can use it.... it is just a modification/research.

i just tried FNiS V4.0 beta3 and this mod.
There's alot of potential in FNiS new furniture support and in this mod.

i really like the cauldron. Funny idea. Cannibalism ftw!

Gives me an idea for hagraven. 1. pound the meat till its tender (i'm sure some SL animated forsworn will help ^^), 2. cook it, 3. enjoy.

Tried to switch the FU in O in the FNIS file but does nothing for player... Unless it's supposed to do nothing for player but gotta catch a follower later

more to come.... but first i will test some scripts and quest(alias) to lock the victims to the devices.

you will need a specific key to free the victims(for testing there will be a general key to free the victims)

I want the player to be able to leave the torture device location(leave cell etc... killing dragons...mock the people)...  (player)he/she comes back... the victim will be still there and attached to the device.

 

The next 3 weeks i will have more time for modding ;)....  i will be on vacation...

It gave me an error there was a mistake in line 22 (wooden horse and so on) and when I hitted it out of your FNIS file it did for the next one... So basically no matter what I cutted out it just errored like unknown... Unless you have the beta of FNIS...

This is not going to work. Forget the idea, of leaving an NPC in a specific action/animation after leaving the cell.

You would have to save alot of data about the actors and upon re-entering the cell, restore all actors to what they where doing before leaving, using the saved data.

Would mess with NPCs, if they are about to fullfill a "must complete" package.

Don't know if this is remembered, but you could kill the Ai of an target NPC before leaving the cell, and after re-entering the cell, restore all Ai and put all NPCs back in place. Best to free all NPC from their activities/animation before killing their Ai and leaving the cell. Just in case.

Downside: You would need the door to trigger the freeing and saving. Restoring can be done as soon as the player is detected to have entered the cell again -> possible delay.

I think it's quite doable if he goes the reference alias route and pushes actors into quests etc. You put the actor into a reference alias with a package to use a certain furniture, and the actor should be there when you come back as long as the quest is running and has priority.

interessting idea, but wouldn't having random people use the furniture, especially non re-spawning ones with daily routines and maybe own quests, still lead to problems?

And as fa as re-spwaning NPCs are concerned, they would simply despawn, as far as i'm aware.

Getting a error went running FINS

 

ERROR(2011): Wrong line in Animation List. Line  22 (..\..\meshes\actors\character\animations\o3dzaz\FNIS_o3dzaz_List.txt):  fu woodenhorse01 ZazAPCAO024.hkx ZazAPCAO024.hkx chairfrontexit.hkx

 

 

Use fnis 4.3 ..... look at the requirements...
