STD,s viruses and other sexual related consequences?

Figured I post this here because I really want to see someone implement something like risks for the players and NPCs when engaging in sex. (And also a misc slot for condoms to prevent such events from happening.) Sex can cause some STDs to develope which would impair maybe skills, or health regeneration, stamina regeneration and such.
