PM notification

PM notifications are off by default on this forum. Maybe it's better to turn them on? It's really hard to notice that someone sent you a pm now.

Not sure that this is intended, but i myself always assume that they are on from the start.

There's still a few things I need to set up on the forum. I've been very busy as of late though and it's been relatively low on my list due to more pressing issues. I'll get around to it eventually though.
