Error uploading files?

Hello. I was just wondering: Does anyone else have a problem uploading files the last 24 hours or so?

 

I just get the error:

 

"The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again. Error details: The attachment could not be found on the server."

Been suffering that for a few hours myself... thought it was just me though.
